Immigration: asylum, cancellation of removal, voluntary departure, VAWA petitions, citizenship, family-based visa petitions, detainees rights. 

Mission Statement -- To provide high quality direct immigration legal services to indigent immigrants in Central Texas. 

Walk-in consultations are available in our Austin offices Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Cross Streets: Airport and 2222/Koenig
Directions: Fmom South- take I-35 North to Airport Blvd. Take a left onto Airport Blvd., until Highland Mall Blvd. Take a right onto Highland Mall Blvd. The office is on the left hand side. From North- Take I-35 South to 2222. Take a right onto 2222/Koenig Rd. Take a right onto Tirado and then a right onto Middle Fiskville Rd. Take aleft onto Highland Mall Blvd. The office is on the right hand side.

Who We Serve

Area(s) Served:  Bastrop, Bell, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Coryell, Falls, Fayette, Hays, Lampasas, Lee, Llano, Milam, San Saba, Travis, Williamson
Languages Spoken  Signers for the deaf, Korean, Russian, Spanish
Interpreters can be provided for: Interpreters for most languages can be provided with advance notice.
Wheelchair Accessible Y
Access for the deaf: Signers can be provided with advance notice.
Income Guidelines: 
  Your family's income should be at or below 200.0% of the poverty level.

Other Requirements: For help, you must be:
  Domestic Violence
  Immigrant
  In need of a battered spouse petition (VAWA)

Emergency Instructions
If your problem is an emergency as described below, follow the contact instructions for emergency cases. Most offices are open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
 
What is an emergency?  Depends on the circumstances. Are evaluated on a case by case basis.
