   Contact this group by visiting its office at  10306 Indiana Ave (Aldersgate Methodist Church)
 
 Monday: 3rd Monday of each month 6:00-8:00 pm
  Please bring proof of income, residency papers (for immigrants), and any documents related to your case.

Income Guidelines: 
  Your family's income should be at or below 125.0% of the poverty level.

  Clients up to 150% of poverty level may be considered depending upon available deductions to meet income requirements.
 
Other Requirements: For help, you must be:
  You must be a U.S. citizen or legal immigrant.
  This program does not serve prisoners
