Income Guidelines:
Your family's income should be at or below 187.5% of the poverty level.

1. Be a victim of a violent crime which created the need for the legal assistance.
2. Need assistance in a simple family law issue with no real estate or retirement benefits involved.
3. There is no chance or a small chance that the case will be contested.
Other Requirements: For help, you must be:
