Expunction Forms Now Available
Expunction forms should only be used if you are trying to have an arrest record or criminal conviction removed from state records.

Recently the do-it-yourself expunction forms were removed from the website for updates. They are now available on the free forms page of Texas Law Help under "Other Forms". To find the expunction forms please go to the forms page or you may use the 'Search' box on the website and enter 'expunction'.
